Prince Caspian by CS Lewis is a fantasy novel originally released in 1951. Although it is the second published book of The Chronicles of Narnia, chronologically it is the 4th book in the series. The series has been a huge success among children and young adult readers and is now referred to as a classic literary work. The book follows the return of the Pevensie children to Narnia who heed the power of Susan’s horn. The horn has been blown by Prince Caspian who direly needs their help since Narnia is now in ruins.
Chronologically, the book is preceded by The Horse and His Boy (book 3) and followed by The Voyage of the Dawn Treader (book 5).
